1. The thing is that Instagram doesn’t have such functionality for “Share” like on Facebook or Whatsapp, therefore we cannot influent it, unfortunately.
2. For adding new icons, I suggest you leave a future request here – https://woodmart.canny.io/feature-requests
For now, all available icons you can find in Theme Settings -> Social profiles -> Share buttons.
