01, 02. You are using the single image widget and text block widget that is why it is showing like this in mobile. Try to use the information box widget for this. Now I have made the sections under the home page on your site. Check back your site and check it and customize it.

03. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets and modify the footer widget.

04. Now check back your site and check the issue.
