1.An extra block has appeared below the header. I remember setting it somewhere, but I’ve been looking for nearly an hour and still can’t find it!

2.Can I extract a specific page from a pre-built website? Instead of extracting the entire website content?

3.The PayPal credit card payment option is missing from the checkout page. Can you help me take a look?

    Hello,

    1. For the first section add a negative margin to disable extra space on top: https://prnt.sc/LkpdoOAGAzKW

    2. Yep, just click on the “Additional pages” button here – https://take.ms/zh2My

    3. Send me admin access so I can check that issue. https://take.ms/sBrDd

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

I see that you use Layouts for the Checkout page, for this case, we have a special widget called “Woocommerce Hook” in the page builder that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But I don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

Here is a tutorial that should help you https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/custom-hooks-and-plugins-compatibility/

    Kind Regards

I see that the theme’s built-in reviews are based on WooCommerce’s default review system. After installing the Judge.me plugin, the review information is displayed twice. Can I disable the theme’s review system? I want to use the Judge.me plugin only!

You haven’t responded to this issue yet, please help me solve the actual problem!

    Hello,

    1. Your current checkout is not coming from the theme – https://take.ms/QW4Sgt, it’s related to Gutenberg now, so you need to remove the Gutenberg blocks to activate the theme’s template. Remove all Gutenberg blocks. Then define such a shortcode for the checkout: https://take.ms/8yG9B, after that the Layout should work and I can investigate the issue properly.

    2. I do not see there the theme’s reviews – https://take.ms/QMjbI, both review blocks are related to the plugin. Also, the second tab is empty, but somehow the plugin pushes their content, try to disable it at all in Theme Settings – https://take.ms/yJftW, remove the title and it should gone.

    Kind Regards

No, I have completely disabled Gutenberg through code snippets, but it still doesn’t work!

Please help me fix this store: https://exp.chnprints.com/, which supports advanced card processing!

Can you log into my page to help me fix it?

    Hello,

On my side, it works in the same way as on the Elementor and Checkout page – https://take.ms/QzmE1. Also, I have checked it on the default theme and there is the same behavior – https://take.ms/9rRtg

    Kind Regards

“OK, it’s fine as long as it can display properly!

Now let’s return to the previous issue. I have deleted the tag and disabled reviews, but they are still showing repeatedly!”

    Hello,

Did you check how it works on the default Storefront theme?

    I await your response.

    Kind Regards

    I have identified the issue!
When I use the theme’s default single product page, without using the builder, the review elements load automatically! In the theme’s review configuration, it seems impossible to disable or turn off the reviews! Even when the product reviews are disabled, it doesn’t seem to have any effect!

I have another question that confuses me!

    1. If I use the theme’s Layouts builder to create single product pages,
Then under All Products > Single Product > Post Attributes > Template,
Should I choose “default” or the template provided by the theme?

I’ve tried both, and no matter which one I choose, whenever I modify the layouts, the changes are not rendered in real-time on the frontend! This confuses me because, in theory, this issue shouldn’t exist! (I haven’t enabled any caching plugins.)

    2. In Theme settings > Single product, are the configurations specifically for the default single product page (and not for the single product pages built with the Layouts builder)?

    Hello,

The Reviews functionality comes from WooCommerce, so to disable it you can use the same way as described in WooCommerce – https://take.ms/5KXqH

    1. The reviews from that plugin work well on my side – https://take.ms/yJF2G8, clarify is the issue in duplicates or in the wrong work of the reviews from that plugin?

    2. In general, yes, but some elements in Layouts can inherit the settings from Theme Settings, e.g. – https://take.ms/EzipN

    Kind Regards
