I am Unable to update my woodmart theme it shows Error

    I have purchased a new license to update my woodmart theme but still I couldn’t resolve this issue. Downloading update from https://xtemos.com/licenses/api/files/get/woodmart.zip?token=1… whenever I update the theme it shows this error, I have updated the woodmat core plugin and add the new license key but still does not work.

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    I already did this unlimited times without your saying. But even I tried once more time after reading your answer but it still same and shows the same error “downloading update from https://xtemos.com/licenses/api/files/get/woodmart.zip?token=1…”

    I have activated the new one version.

    Please deactivate the license and send us your admin access and purchase code so we can check this.

    As we can see, the theme is still activated. Note that if you can’t deactivate it then you have a nulled version of the theme installed. In this case, you need to download our theme from ThemeForest and reinstall it completely.

    As we mentioned in our instructions, you need to go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme. And if you can’t deactivate it then you have a nulled version of the theme installed. In this case, you need to download our theme from ThemeForest and reinstall it completely.

    I have the same issue. What happens with my child theme if I reinstall woodmart?
