I am Unable to update my woodmart theme it shows Error

dev.awais123ParticipantI have purchased a new license to update my woodmart theme but still I couldn’t resolve this issue. Downloading update from https://xtemos.com/licenses/api/files/get/woodmart.zip?token=1… whenever I update the theme it shows this error, I have updated the woodmat core plugin and add the new license key but still does not work.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

I already did this unlimited times without your saying. But even I tried once more time after reading your answer but it still same and shows the same error “downloading update from https://xtemos.com/licenses/api/files/get/woodmart.zip?token=1…”
I have activated the new one version.

Artem TemosKeymasterAs we can see, the theme is still activated. Note that if you can’t deactivate it then you have a nulled version of the theme installed. In this case, you need to download our theme from ThemeForest and reinstall it completely.

Artem TemosKeymasterAs we mentioned in our instructions, you need to go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme. And if you can’t deactivate it then you have a nulled version of the theme installed. In this case, you need to download our theme from ThemeForest and reinstall it completely.

Your child theme will not be affected when you reinstall the main WoodMart theme. Reinstalling or updating the parent theme only changes its files, while the child theme remains intact, preserving any customizations you’ve made in it. So, feel free to proceed with the reinstall, and your child theme will remain untouched.
