Features stopped working after issue with shared server

Hi,
Yesterday I had issues (503 errors) with my web hosting provider and the only way my hosting provider could do to resolve these issues was to stop a number of services (I don’t know which services). In an attempt to get access to the website, I also temporarily renamed the plugins although this didn’t work so I returned their original file names in the File Manager. Since then I can now access the website but I’ve noticed a number of features have stopped working like the single product page tabs, enlarging the product image, etc. I also installed WP-Optimize to reduce the size of images and reduce the overall website size. I don’t know if this could be the cause.
I’m close to launching the new webshop and I don’t need this issue right now, please can you help to resolve this issue.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

It turns out it was the WP-Optimizer plugin that caused the features issues. Do you have any details as to what part of the WP-Optimizer affects the Woodmart theme?
