Sticky Product not working

    Our sticky product is not working, on the product page nor the describtion of the product page.

    Hello,

    If you turn on this option, the section with description will be sticky when you scroll the page. In case when the description is higher than images, the images section will be fixed instead.

    If you are using custom layout, you need to edit the product layout and enable the sticky feature for the desired container: https://take.ms/GNRXo

    Hello,

    We have enabled this option and it works on preview mode but not the real website, which is wired.
    Please watch the Loom video below.

    I also we would want to set up the sticky product like this, how can we do this?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
