I created a form using an elementator, but when I clicked “SEND”, the page returned to the top and the email was not successfully sent. I am not sure if this issue is caused by the WOODMART theme, as this feature was previously normal.

Please try entering your email in the popup on the homepage. I used a Ninja Form plugin for the footer form and it can be sent normally. But I don’t like the style of the Ninja Form plugin, I hope the elementor form can be used normally.

Another question, I have enabled the “Promo Popup” feature on Woodmart. But every time I open the homepage, the first popup is always problematic, but when I input my email and send it (sending will fail and refresh the website), the popup display will become normal. You can give it a try.

    Hello,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Best Regards

I have disabled almost all plugins. I am almost certain that this is a problem caused by Woodmart.
