    Hi,

    My goal is to show a pop-up for signing up on websites that is similar to promo pop-ups and has a gift coupon option. Instead of using subscription newsletter i want people who sign in into the website and use the coupon code to purchase a product.

    How to create the same using the WoodMart theme.

    Hello,

    You can integrate a plugin like “WooCommerce Smart Coupons” to automatically generate and apply coupon codes after sign-in.

    Hi Aizaz,

    Thank you for the response, but my concern is i want to create a promo pop up to attract audience to sign up on the wesbite. Unless the person is signed in he/she should not be able to see the coupon code.

    I want to know how can I archive that goal in my website. Hope you will give me your guidance regarding this issue of mine.

    Hello,

    You can add the Promo Popup easily from Theme Settings >> General >> Promo Popup >> https://ibb.co/16GfmMk and add the content in the form of HTML Block.

    Hi Aizaz,

    I have created a promo popup using a html block and i have replaced the old promo box with the new one but there seems to be some issue with the promo pop up. It displaying the older promo box and not displaying the new one which i have created. Also its not appearing on the mobile devices.

    And also may I know how long the promo box can stay on a website because once the tab is closed or refreshed it does not appear again on the website. How can i change the that may it visible on the website on every page or after each refresh of the page.

    Please help me to resolve this issue.

    Hi Aizaz,

    Also something is wrong with the website after i have configured the pop up the headers and other settings are not responding properly on the mobile as well as on the desktop mode the headers are not visible nor other pictures.

    Please look into this issue as soon as possible as our website is live and we are facing this issue since evening. Credentials shared below.

    Apologies for the late reply ill re-send the details. Please look into this as soon as possible as its affecting the mobile UI response. The headers and other label’s are not working properly also the popup is not working on mobiles .

    I have checked your site. It is showing correcting pop which you have selected in the theme settings > general > promo popup.

    Unfortunately, there is no such option right now. You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.

    Hi Aizaz,

    Your clarification and support are greatly appreciated. Sometimes the popup does not appear on the mobile devices that was my concern. I would also like to know how to decrease the pop-up size on the mobile view as it’s taking up the entire screen. Could you help me with that?

    Could you advise me on how to display the popup again after closing the tab?

    Thank you for suggesting the third-party plugin. If you could recommend a free version plugin, it would be very helpful for me.

    Hello,

    You can edit the Promo popup via Elementor https://prnt.sc/-OQyg4RgOYHy > switch to Mobile editor and make changes for mobile devices to decrease the size.

    Also, add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Mobile to control the size.

    .wd-popup.wd-promo-popup {
	max-width: 300px !important;
    max-height: 500px !important
}

    According to the Popup working, it works per Session (i.e. if you have closed it or used it one time while you are using the website, it doesn’t pop up again). But if you have closed the Browser then the Session gets closed too and it will show up again because the Session has ended.

    You can find any third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you. we have not officially tested such plugins with WoodMart.
