Related to Woodmart theme Update

I have purchase woodmart theme and is active till 5th January 2025 .
But I am unable to update the theme it says ” Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized ”

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

ive done these steps and still get issue. have product code – has not expired yet claims i am unathorized for version 8

If the instructions don’t help you, then you must have a permission issue with folders and files on your server. Try to upload the theme manually as shown here https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
