I have recently purchased the WoodMart Theme, but for some reason when i am trying to edit a page for example a homepage using WP Bakery it keeps on loading and nothing happens after a long loading.

Can you please look into it?

Hello,

Clarify did you install the WPB plugin when installing the theme or manually via Plugins -> Add New?

Additionally, ask your hosting provide to increase these fields – https://take.ms/maHg0

Firstly, I fail to understand why did you ask me for the credentials at the first place when i have to waste 24 hours to get your reply and have to check it myself and clarify tou for an update? Try to understand this, I am behind my achedule just because of the glitch please. You should have login and check it yourself when you have azked for the login credentials.

In response to your concern, I did not, i uploaded the theme zip file and it was in it I beleive, because now when i am checking the installed plugins it is installed. I also find it a little unprofessional when the support team is initially asking for login credentials and then asking me about a plugin that has been installed or not. I also find it time wasting when I have already provided you the login credentials – I am sorry but i am loosing trust in this theme.

Did you not loging to the dashboard? I have already given you the login credentials, can you please log in and check, am behind my schedule please.

Hello,

I have logged in before and I asked that because your WPB is not activated – https://take.ms/mNtLa and when you install it in the theme then it should be activated by default.

So I want to reinstall it, may I do that on your side?

Additionally, you need to increase these values on your server – https://take.ms/MVGyR, the screenshot is from your side.

Yes please, you can take over to reinstall WP Bakery.

I will also increase the values just as you mentioned.

Eagerly waiting to use the theme.

Hello,

Please add the following code to the .htaccess file:
```
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
```
Then check the issue again.
