I purchased your theme and also made the website live, but the theme’s loading time is very high, even though the image sizes are quite small. Still, the loading time is excessive. Additionally, on the dashboard, a’ Page Not Found’ error appears 7 out of 10 times when I try to edit something. It only loads after refreshing the pages 2 to 3 times, and this issue happens repeatedly. There’s no server-side issue since other WordPress sites are hosted on the same server, and they all function perfectly. Please resolve this issue as my client is complaining a lot.

    Hello,

Our theme is optimized for speed and should not significantly slow down your website. However, it’s possible that your website’s performance is affected by the content you have added. For instance, the use of too many plugins, large unoptimized images, or other resources can slow down your website.

We recommend that you remove any unnecessary plugins and install a JS & CSS optimization plugin such as WP Rocket. Our guide on how to optimize your website using our themes can be found here: https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/.

If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards

Thank you for your reply. The page weight is 1.8 MB, which is quite low. I have installed very few plugins, only the necessary ones, yet this issue persists. I have shared the ID and password with you, so you can log in and check it yourself. Please resolve this issue. please check attachement as well.

    Hello,
We have tested your website and found a few problems that you should fix first to speed up your website.
    https://ibb.co/cb975Jd

Minimize main-thread work – I suggest using the Wp Rocket to fix it, more details are here: https://wp-rocket.me/google-core-web-vitals-wordpress/minimize-main-thread-work/

Largest Contentful Paint element – You need to optimize your site in general to improve this parameter. https://web.dev/articles/lcp

Eliminate render-blocking resources – you may try solutions described here https://onlinemediamasters.com/eliminate-render-blocking-resources-wordpress/

Avoid an excessive DOM size – The number of DOM elements are generated in the process of content building. All page builder elements are DOM elements. If you want to reduce DOM elements you will have to reduce the content: widgets, products, menu items, and others.

Reduce initial server response time – contact your hosting provider, because it is server-side. Note that you might see this warning from time to time when you clear the cache in the plugin.

Reduce JavaScript execution time – Also, the WP Rocket can help with it, check this: https://wp-rocket.me/google-core-web-vitals-wordpress/reduce-javascript-execution-time/

Properly size images – Optimize the images as it describes in our article: https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/#Step_3

    Best Regards

Thank you for your response. However, this answer is very general and is something I already know as a developer. This is not a solution. You are suggesting WP Rocket, which costs $59 per year, but I will not purchase it for the theme I want to optimize. It is your responsibility to optimize the theme. You mentioned that there are too many elements. If you compare your demo theme with KIDS, you will see that your theme has a blog section on the front page from Instagram, which I haven’t even used. My website has fewer elements than your demo theme. I have shared my ID and password; please give it to one of your senior developers to check what the issue is. Many problems exist not just on the frontend but also on the backend. On the backend, Elementor is not loading properly and gives a 404 error. You can see this in the video.

    Hello,

We recommend you analyze your performance with online tools like Pingdom Website Speed Test, Google Pagespeed, Gtmetrix and Web page test. They will give you a lot of recommendations and tips regarding performance.

As I mentioned to you, it’s not just the front end that is slow; the back end is also slow. We use this tool daily, but it is only for the front end, not for the back end. Please provide a solution for the back end or resolve the issue.

Please involve a developer because this routine messaging and response is wasting your time and mine. I am sending two screenshots that are the latest. These will definitely not be resolved by checking GTmetrix or Pingdom. This is an issue with the theme. Please resolve it.

    Hello,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Best Regards
