Widget Woodmart Author Information – doesn't show the image

    Hello!
    I have the widget “Woodmart Author Information” in the footer of my website, and it worked fine previously but today it does not show the image – author’s picture. Please advise on how to fix this.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? The account you sent is incorrect and it doesn’t work for us.

    Sorry, got the wrong password. Please, see the correct one in the details. I cannot deactivate all the plugins, as the page is live and there are also ones that provide payment and shipment options etc. Please, take a look and let me know if you would like me to deactivate some specific ones.

    As we can see, the code for the widget is broken and the image is replaced with this one https://www.tiramaja.lv/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/lazy-images/images/1×1.trans.gif
    It means that some of the installed plugins influence it.
