User with group “b2b user” not work with shop page.

I am experiencing an issue related to the store’s visibility for a user assigned to a specific group “B2B Users.”
I initially thought it was a configuration issue with the WooCommerce B2B plugin, so I deactivated it, but the problem persists.
The user with the “customer” role and assigned to the “B2B Users” group is unable to view the store page at https://sweethomestoreonline.com/negozio/.
Could you please check this?

The thing is that the Shop page functionality comes from WooCommerce so it’s a part of investigation.
In this case, I suggest you clone your website and move it to the staging platform so that your live site will not be affected.
