Unable to update because of error

    Hello,

    I can not update from istalled version 7.5.2 to 7.6.0. I get the following message:

    An error occurred while updating Woodmart: The package could not be unzipped. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I tried several times and performed the actions to fix this problem as suggested at the end of the page at:

    What to do now?

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    Unfortunately this doesn’t help, I still receive the same error message.

    We still can’t update the theme on your website, not even manually. Try to increase PHP memory limit on your server because we see the following error at the moment https://gyazo.com/ecbe59ab27b4ac7c7ee72b09b9824c54
