adam.maznevParticipantHi there hope you’re well
I find myself really confused even after looking at docs and youtube videos on how to set up the filters in the shop page. I simply want 3 sections in the filters first one being Artificial Grass
second one Carpets
third Composite Decking
Im not sure how to set it up. I’ve also ran into an issue where if you click on a filter name for example “budget grass” all the filters on the left hand side disapear until i clear filters. i dont want the filters to disapear on the left hand side
For the second filter where it will Say carpets i will have colour swatches which i already know how to do
Please can you guide and help me
Thanks

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You can add the filters from Appearance > Widgets > Add the filters in the shop page widget area.
Follow this guide and setup the sidebar: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/widgets-and-sidebars/Best Regards

adam.maznevParticipantHi
I have read the article but still struggling to understand how it works. I dont see a plus sign anywhere to add filters
I already have some active filters showing but theyre not even showing on the shop page…
The filter is showing 2 products inside it even though theres more than 2 and filters disapear after selecting a specific filter..Attachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards
