Dear WoodMart Support Team,
I hope you are doing well. I’m encountering an issue on my website when adding new products. After uploading new items yesterday, I noticed a large empty space between the main product image and the image carousel on both desktop and mobile versions of the site. This space takes up almost the entire screen. However, products added prior to this (for example, a week ago) display correctly without the empty space.
While I did install new patches for the WoodMart theme yesterday, I’m not sure if this is directly related to the issue. I’ve attached screenshots showing:
1. How the new products appear with the empty space on both desktop and mobile.
2. How older products display correctly.
3. The patches I installed before noticing the issue.
Could you please help me investigate the cause of this problem and suggest a solution? Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
