Dropdown Menu Not Working on Mobile and Tablet Views

My website’s menu works properly on desktop screens, where clicking on it displays a dropdown menu. However, on mobile or tablet screens, the dropdown menu does not appear correctly. Where should I adjust the settings to resolve this issue?

Thank you for your reply. I just found the reason in the documentation: the mobile version does not support HTML blocks. So, I switched to using custom links instead.
I have a new issue. I want to remove the tab that appears on the mobile screen because the content is duplicated, and I don’t need it to be displayed. Where should I configure this? Please see the attached image for the circled section.

Please Navigate to Header Builder ->Edit Current Header -> Switch to Mobile Header -> Mobile menu -> enable the “Show HTML Blocks” option – https://take.ms/2vSHd8 for mobile.
In order to remove the “Categories” tab from the mobile menu, navigate to WoodMart -> Header builder -> Mobile layout -> edit the “Mobile menu” element and in the “Show/Hide” tab uncheck the “Show categories menu” option.
