Questions about Woodmart and GUTENBERG

Hi,
First of all, I am so excited that Woodmart will soon be available in Gutenberg. It is really awesome of XTemos to do this.

I have a few questions that might be of interest to other people too:

1. is there an official date when it should be ready?
I intend to open an online store shortly and would like to know if it is worth waiting until Woodmart is available with Gutenberg.

2. Woodmart has been 100% translated into German. Will this also be the case for Gutenberg or is this independent of the “PageBuilder”? For me it is only relevant that everything in the front-end (all Notes and all WooCommerce stuff) has been translated and not so much the theme itself.

Hello,

01. It will take 1-2 months to release the WOodmart theme with the Gutenberg Editor officially. You can read more details here:

02. For the translation you can use the Loco translation plugin. That plugin will work for all page builders including the Gutenberg.

Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woocommerce >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

Thanks Aizaz,

1. I’m really looking forward to it.

2. i know the Loco Plugin but that wasn’t my question.
According to https://xtemos.com/glotpress/projects/woodmart/ everything has already been 100% translated into German.

Now my question: when the Woodmart comes out in Gutenberg, will it already be 100% translated into German or do Gutenberg related things have to be translated additionally?

Hello,

It depends on the theme update, if we will use or add more words in the theme for Gutenberg Editor then we will also update the theme translation files as well and it will be 100% translated into German.
