Issue with theme and plugin.

    Hi,

    I’m working at staging mode to test the plugin Yith Woocommerce Gift Cards Premium, and I’m having somes issues.

    When I enable to user gift some one with a product and when I click at “add gift” its not working. The product gift is not added to cart and if the required fields are not with the information, there is no alert …

    I have talked with Yith support and they did some tests at staging and using another theme, everything works fine … so they suggested me to talk with Basel Theme support to understand what could be causing this issue …

    Could you help me?

    Hello,

    Please navigate to Theme Settings > Product Page > AJAX Add to cart > disable.

    Check the plugin again.

    But I doesn’t works with AJAX add to cart?

    Yes, plugins that customize default WooCommerce add to cart form are not compatible with our custom AJAX add to cart function on the product page.
