I’m experiencing an issue with variable products on my website.
-
Hello
I create a variable product and assign a custom attribute, such as Size.
I then generate variations based on this attribute, set prices for each variation, and select a default variation.
However, when viewing the product on the front end, the default variation does not seem to be pre-selected. Instead, I see a message prompting me to select a size, preventing customers from adding the product to the cart without manually choosing a size.
I verified that the default variation is selected in the product settings.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this or if there’s any theme-specific setting that I might have missed?
Thank you

Hello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Best Regards
Hello,
Yes changing theme does work. If it plays a role it changes the way of selection. That is, in ours it’s inline view, while here it gives a dropdown size selection.
Hello,
Now I have checked your site. It is working fine.
