    Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with my WordPress theme. When I click on a single product, the product page loads in what looks like a mobile or tablet view, even on a desktop, and the product image fails to load. Additionally, the page becomes unresponsive, preventing any further actions. This issue started recently after more than a year of the theme functioning normally, and I’ve already tried updating all plugins, but the problem persists. Could you assist me in troubleshooting this?

    Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    You need to update the theme to the latest version 7.6 and keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off.
