I get this error message whenever I try to add new elements to my page. I’ve updated everything that could be updated, and as far as I know, no new plugins have been added since I started working on this page. I’m at a loss for what to do next.

    Hello,

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

You can fix it by applying patch # 609066. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

    Kind Regards

The new #609066 patch does not fix the issue. I am also having the same problem as others.

    Hello,

We just tested this on your website and it works correctly. It means that you have a browser cache issue https://gyazo.com/3d076cf82db791c93538aa0166295fe7

    Kind Regards

I tried it again with a completely new browser and also on my laptop, but unfortunately without success. I cleared the cache everywhere and logged in to the site again from scratch. I will also try it later with a different Wi-Fi.
