I’m experiencing an issue on the checkout page with the WoodMart theme. Although the order is created in the backend, customers are receiving a “Your session has expired” error, which disrupts the payment process.
To troubleshoot, I deactivated all plugins, but the issue remained. I also switched to the Twenty Twenty theme, and the problem no longer occurred, indicating the issue may be directly related to the WoodMart theme. Additionally, I have applied all available patches, but this has not resolved the issue.
As the site is live, resolving this issue is urgent. Any assistance you could provide as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated.
