    Hello,

    I am experiencing a persistent issue with the WoodMart theme I purchased from ThemeForest, specifically with the “The purchase code is invalid” error. Initially, the installation went smoothly, and there were no issues with the activation. However, after deciding to completely delete and reinstall the website files, I now constantly encounter the purchase code error.

    Here’s what I’ve attempted so far:

    I deactivated the license for the associated domain through the Xtemos platform.
    I double-checked the purchase code from my Envato account to ensure it was correct.
    I followed various troubleshooting steps, such as:
    Deactivating the license within the WordPress dashboard (under WoodMart > Theme License).
    Checking for and installing any available updates in Dashboard > Updates.
    Trying to reactivate the theme license with the purchase code in WoodMart > Theme License.
    Disabling third-party plugins temporarily to ensure they were not interfering with the activation process.
    Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue. Despite ensuring all the details are correct and following the suggested procedures, I continue to receive the invalid purchase code error.

    I would appreciate urgent assistance to resolve this, as I am unable to proceed with the theme setup. Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

    There seems to be some connectivity issue between our servers. Try to repeat the process in a few days. As for now, you are free to use it without activation. It will not limit any functionality on your website.
