Missing footer and unable to set up Facebook link

Hi,
on my site I am missing footer. It is on in settings and widgets are there, still the footer is missing.
Also we are unable to set up Facebook link.
I have reported this once and send you access data, but nothing changed.

I have checked and see that you have set footer layout to have five columns http://prntscr.com/jr63yq At the same time the first column was empty, it did not have any widgets. Now I have added the empty text widget to this column and you can see your footer.

Have you also managed to look at the social media link for Facebook ? I do not see option to set it.Pls look at the attachment.
