Frequently bought together Show discount % amount in cart and checkout

Hello,
Is it possible to show in the cart and in the checkout the % discount for the Frequently bought together? I can see the discount on the product page but not in the cart and checkout. Please check the screenshot.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
