Site is very slow

Somehow my site is very slow and hosting says the problem is with the theme? Can you help me identify the problem?

Hi, loading of the homepage takes to long. After typing http://www.voordefun.nl it takes 10-12 seconds before homepage is loaded.

At the moment I see that the page loads around 3.6s – https://take.ms/IHj1I and at the same time not combined JS occupies most of the resources – https://take.ms/Rby8g so you need to combine JS/CSS, make load JS delayed as described in our article – https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/#Step_4
