Can’t transhalte the whole website

I downloaded the file woodmart-ro_RO.po for Loco Translate. The problem is that it doesn’t fully translate the site into Romanian, for example, the buttons and the account control panel. I checked in Loco Translate because I thought these elements hadn’t been translated, but they are, they just don’t appear on the website. I tried syncing, clearing the website and browser cache, but the issue still persists.
