Inquiry About Server Performance with WoodMart Theme

    Dear Xtemos Support Team,

    I am using the WoodMart theme for my WordPress website, which is hosted on NameHero’s Turbo Cloud Plan. Below are the server specifications:

    vCPU Cores: 2
    RAM: 2 GB
    Storage: 10 GB NVMe
    Bandwidth: Unmetered
    I am running WooCommerce with the Dokan plugin and only use the essential plugins necessary for my site’s functionality. However, the website has been very slow right from the beginning, despite all my efforts to optimize it.

    Could you please advise if the WoodMart theme requires a more powerful hosting configuration to perform optimally? Alternatively, are there additional steps I should take to ensure better performance?

    Our theme is optimized for speed and should not significantly slow down your website. However, it’s possible that your website’s performance is affected by the content you have added. For instance, the use of too many plugins, large unoptimized images, or other resources can slow down your website.
