404 after SaveOptions

    Hello,
    I am facing many “404” after i try to change and save in many cases in ThemeSettings.

    Any idea?

    Hello,

    Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    It seems like your server blocks the request to save Theme Settings. Maybe it is due to some security extensions. You need to consult with the hosting provider for help on this matter.

    You can ask them to check this particular request. Most likely, there should be some error in server logs to understand why it can’t be proceed.

    Hi,
    They told me there is nothing server side.
    Is there a way to check the integrity of woodmart ? Maybe something went wrong during installation ?

    In most cases, this error were resolved by server administrators. Try to get a different hosting or server for a trial period and check how it works there.

    You can also try reinstalling the theme, but we are unsure if that could help.

    May i loose smthg byy reinstalling the theme ?
    I simply delete the folder on server you mean ?

    You can reinstall it via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new. You will not lose anything on your website.
