    Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with the WoodMart theme on my website’s checkout page. When a user enters a city name containing accented characters, an error message appears stating: “City must be entered in English.”

    I would like to know:

Where exactly does this message originate (file or function)?
How can I modify or translate it to display a customized message, such as “Please enter a valid city”?
Is it possible to completely disable the validation for the city field to avoid errors when users enter city names with accented characters?
I have verified that the theme overrides the checkout page, but I am unable to locate the source of this message or the validation logic.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue or disable the validation?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Best regards,
    Francesco

    Hello,

Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.

If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards
