Best practive to change to Gutenberg blocks builder

Hi, I just installed the prebuilt website, it is with Elementor, so, what is the best practice to change to gutenberg? Do I have to delete the whole website, and manually build the website?

I changed to Gutenberg, thanks.
1. Please check the attached screenshot with 6 settings: I turned off 1, 2, 3 and 4. my question is how should I select 5 and 6? Thanks.
2. To increase the website performance, since I do not use Elementor, Is there any other settings I can turn off for the elementor page builder? Thanks.

1. If you do not use Elementor then those files will not be uploaded, it doesn’t matter whether they are enabled or not, they just do not upload if you do not use Elementor.
