Your problem is not clear enough. Please provide more details. Also, provide your site admin access so that we could check your settings and suggest the solution.
As I understand you are trying to set sales price counter. If so, you need to enable this option in Theme Settings > Product Page Show / hide elements > Countdown timer “ON” Next, you need to enter the product editing mode, set the sales price and schedule http://prntscr.com/jseiq6 This option is available for simple products only.
If you want to show countdown timer in the shop page, enable it in Theme Settings > Shop
If that is not what you want, provide more details.
