Problem with mobile menu #

    Hello, I use woodmart on sportpanic.gr and I have the following problem.
    When the visitor visits the eshop with a mobile phone and clicks on the mobile menu, the url displays https://sportpanic.gr/#, that is, it simply adds a # and does not open the menu.
    If you try 2-3 times, the Mobile menu opens
    Can you help me?

    Hello,

    Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    Unfortunately, because the eshop is live, I can’t close all the extra add-ons right now. If you want, you can close them yourself when you log in.

    In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

    I created an exact copy at https://demo.sportpanic.gr/ . I closed all the Plugins and because it has no cache it is slow. If you click on the mobile menu before the entire page loads it gives you https://demo.sportpanic.gr/# while if you wait until the page is fully loaded then it works normally.

    Hello,

    Yes, it is how all the scripts work. They are initiated only when the page is fully loaded. You try to click on the button while the script is not even loaded so that is why it can’t open the menu.
