My question is the Additional Information and Review tabs in product page don’t open when clicked. I have to refresh the page few times to bring it back to normal. Can you help me to fix it? Please check my private note for details.

Please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and provide admin access.
In order to distinguish which plugins relate to the theme and which do not, deactivate them all and then navigate to Appearance > Install plugins and activate all in the list.

I have checked a few products on mobile in Chrome and tabs open as they should. Please inform what browsers do you have the problem.
Perhaps one of the plugins could cause the problem. Check the issue now, when all additional plugins are deactivated and then activate them one by one checking the problem each time to find out which plugins conflicts.

yes, the problem is caused by a plugin. I’ve removed the plugin and now everything works perfectly. Thanks
