Show HTML block on product page when specific tag is used

I want to display an HTML block on the product page when a specific tag is used.
I use the feature : HTML Block “After the content”, but i’m limited to 1 block, and i need to set the block manually on each product which contains each tag, so it’s a huge work when you have lot of products.

For this, you have to create the custom layout for the products then add the HTML Block inside that custom layout and then assign that custom layout to particular tags or product categories to show that layout on those products:

Thanks for your answer, it works to display the model of a specific tag, but it doesn’t work to display several models when the product has several tags.
