HTML missing from elementor

I’ve got two woodmart using sites. both are configured the same, both using the same plugins, both same elementor versions.

on one, even if in the past Ive used html blocks and I have already blocks on it, if im going to edit a new block with elementor and I’m searching the elementor block on panel to add it, its not there.

I have tried to recreate all the dependencies from elementor settings — by syncing library and restoring css files and nothing happened.

Adding credentials. already tried to deactivate all plugins, changed theme to hello elementor and restored, nothing happened.
