1/ Does your template rich with SEO and structured data? Or do i have to install any other plugins for these? (If so what plugins do u reccomend for this template?)

hi Aizaz,

for the shop menu and blog menu please remove the highlighted extra margins (PFA). I tried to do as u instructed but still its not working. pls login and fix this.

Need your urgent attend to these fixes as the site is live.

Also im not receiving any emails from the contact forms. My email id is “[email protected]”. please configure the email also for me to receive mails to that ID. Also confirmation email should be sent to the user. please check all of these functions and make it work properly.

when i tried to share the blog page articles to social media the thumbnail preview is wrong. PFA. It just shows some random image not the relevant article image.

hi

Regarding the mail chimp intergration i think i managed to do but please double check and see if everything done well. Also I see two mail chimp plugins installed. PFA. Do i need to keep both or can i remove the top plugin? (mail chimp for woocom). coz all i need is to send newsletters manually. So in that case can i uninstall the additional one? please check and confirm .

Hello,

1. This social media share issue is related to the SEO plugin that you are using on the site.

2. To set the shop menu and blog menu, you have to edit the HTML block which you are using on the site >> then set the container width accordingly: https://ibb.co/9ysmmyT

3. Please follow the below steps:

a. Using a plugin like WP Mail SMTP to handle email delivery.

b. It maybe email-related restrictions or issues on the server that could be causing the problem. They might be able to provide insights or assistance.

c. Please check this manual: https://wpmailsmtp.com/contact-form-7-not-sending-emails/

4. Go to Theme Setting -> Shop -> Product labels -> and change the “Out of stock” label background label text color.

5. If the email is working fine now then do not need to do the steps mentioned in point number 3.

As you can see. when a user try to signup newsletter using the above link the popup disappear. instead it should stay as its until the user close the box. Also we cant refresh the page as the error apeears due to the newsletter popup issue. pls fix this urgently.

1. For the Newsletter issue, Please go to Theme Settings > Performance > CSS > Advanced > Styles Always Load and add “Banner element” to this option as shown in the screenshot. https://monosnap.com/file/f7QzDM0IOaADdXSPPr4QaXWgZaZDYQ

2. For the Banner layout issue, use the same solution as mentioned in point number 1 above.

3. Could you please specify which mobile menu icons you would like to change the color of? Additionally, which mobile menu footer background color would you like to modify?

4. I have checked the site so many times, but the blog menu is always showing fine.

wondering whether you didnt understand my concern. As you can see when the user enter the email id and press subscribe button suddenly the popup disappear. (Which is wrong) the popup should stay the same until the user click on the close icon to close the popup.

1. In the settings of Mailchimp -> Integrations, disable this https://take.ms/FVv1D integration and recheck the issue.

2. The lead developer is looking into this issue, he will check and reply to you ASAP.

3. Please navigate to the Woodmart >> Header Builder >> Edit the Header that you are using for the site >> from the mobile >> Remove the Add to cart widget and add the Search widget.

i have set the shipping method as below.

Below 2000$ shipping rate is flat rate 65$.
Above 2000$ free shipping.

but as you can see even for above 2000$ the shipping rate is wrong.

Also please reccomend me a plugin to use for credit card payments to receive from internationaly. Paypal is not supporting to Sri Lanka therefore please reccomend a reliable plugin for third party payment receive.

2. I have set the Flat rate and free shipping issue by creating the new shipping zone from Woocommerce >> Settings >> https://ibb.co/jL4CJMP

3. You are welcome to explore and utilize any third-party plugin for credit card payments. However, please note that we have not conducted testing with any specific plugins in conjunction with this theme, so I am unable to recommend a particular option at this time.

Regarding the credit card payments. Its supprising me to hear that your team havent tested any payment option. Since this is an ecom web template. How do you expect your customers to accept the credit card payments through your template?

Have you mention this on your template? If i knew this I would think twise before purchasing your theme.

can u urgently highlight this to your team and do the testing on credit card payment plugins and do the neccessary updates to your theme.

i dont want any malfunctions when i try to use any payment plugin with this theme. this is a basic requirement for a e com web template you should have tested and see…..

Also can you please reply to me soon as i dont want to wait 2-3 days to hear from you for my issues as my site is live.

3. As we can see, these spam emails are sent from your website’s contact form. Try to remove the contact form from your website for a few days and see if new emails are being sent.
