Please edit the Category in which you want to add the description and add the description: https://ibb.co/DgZSj7d
You can use any HTML block in the category description as well. You need to create HTML block for each category https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/ and use the shortcode in the category description: https://ibb.co/9czNS21
Also, you can set the Category description position from Theme Settings >> Product Archive >> Category description position: https://ibb.co/p1cpLK2

“category description position” is enabled in the “after product grid”, but the text in “description” is still displayed at the top. What’s wrong? I attached access to the admin panel in the letter.

Hello,
I have observed that the custom layout is currently being utilized for the category archive pages. I kindly request that you modify the archive layout to reposition the description from the top to the bottom of these pages.

Please note that the theme settings are applicable only to the default layout specified in the theme settings and do not extend to custom layouts.
