Single product videos no longer working

    When I upload a video to a single product, it no longer shows in the carousel on the product page. I have tried with multiple products but they are not showing the video. Screen recording attached.

    Hello,

    Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    We just tested this on your website and it works correctly. But as we can see, there is no video uploaded to the product you sent in the first message. Please upload it now and check again.

    Okay, so I have figured out how to make it work….I need to make the first image of the Product Gallery the same as my Product Image. Then, add the video to this first image and Update. This seems to attach it to the Product Image. Then, delete the first image in the Product Gallery. This leaves me with one main image, the product image with the video attached. If I don’t delete the first image in the Product Gallery, then my product page shows 2 of the same images, both with videos attached

    Yes, videos are attached to images. So if you have the same image uploaded twice then you will have duplicated videos as well.
