Woodmart is not updating

    Hello, we’ve tried multiple time’s to update, but when we update the woodmart core then refresh the page it’s still asking me to update, https://prnt.sc/2xgmhzQQpHoD

    The woodmart core is not updating. please assist.
    I’ve added the admin access to the private box. Thanks

    Hello,

    Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and send us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong?
