mobile menu not show

    when using mobile phone browser,such as safari and chrome,
    mobile menu and bottom cart icon not show anything~
    only darker background.
    please help us

    Hello,

    I have reviewed your website using the Chrome browser on a mobile device, and I can confirm that the mobile menu and bottom bar cart icon are displaying correctly.

    Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache and check the issue.

    I search topics and found that iphone ios below 14.8 will not show mobile menu correctly.
    It’s a pity because this theme is so outstanding~
    Is there any way to show mobile menu or fix the problem on old ios system?

    Hello,

    Maybe there is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
