    Theme settings error.

    Hello, I can’t click anywhere when I enter the theme settings. I can’t operate in the theme settings section. I would appreciate it if you help. If you can check the php error text in the pictures I sent, I would appreciate it.

    Also, when I did a theme update, the whole site was deformed and I had to undo it.

    Also, my site is hosted on wordpress.com hosts, in the status section, in the php section in the php section, the Php Max Login Var Value is 6144, they said they could not increase this value. Does this create a problem for our site?

    Thanks the problem with the theme settings has been solved.

    Does it cause a problem if the php input Var value is not correct?

    Also, I cannot sort the products in any word I am looking for in the search section. When I sort from Low Price, a wrong sorting occurs as in the picture.

    Hello,

    Yes, you need to increase PHP max vars parameter on your server too.

    As for the sorting option, please test how it works with the default theme to understand if it is caused by our theme or not.

    wordpress.com advised that they could not increase the php max vars value and advised us to change the theme. Will it cause us a problem if the value is low?

    Hello,

    Try to save Theme Settings and see if it works. If you can’t save Theme Settings then you will not be able to use our theme properly.

    I can change my theme settings and save it without any problems. I think it will not cause any problems PHP value as I understand it.

    In the sorting error, when I try with a default theme, it can sort from low to high without any problems. I also sent it as a picture, I would be very happy if you can check it.

    Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme on your website? Also, allow us to switch between themes to check what is wrong.
