sample content imported by mistake, site damaged

Hello, I was looking through the sample sites , just wanted to see the preview but downloaded one by mistake. Now my site changed into the sample site, products and menues are still there but my other modifications are gone. I tried with yesterday´s backup but it is still the sample site that I imported today. Is there a way to restore it? Please help. I share the login in private content.
One more question: I would like to use some sample pages (single product layouts) in my shop. I can only see them but find no way to import them as templates, could you please explain how to?

01. It seems the demo import overwrite some of your customizations. If you have a full backup, try restoring it to revert the changes.
If you have a hosting backup, we recommend restoring it to undo the demo import.
02. You can use Woocommerce builder of WoodMart allowing you to create custom templates for product pages and other functional pages that are not editable by default. Woocommerce builder is the inbuilt functionality widget included in the builder you use on the site. You can create a custom layout for a single product page and choose the predefined layout design which you want.
