andreighetu140ParticipantI am experiencing an issue with the layout of my single product page in Elementor. Every time I try to modify the layout, I receive a fatal error, preventing me from making any changes. I have searched for solutions in various forums, and according to Elementor’s support, the issue might be related to a conflict with the theme or a third-party plugin.
Elementor support suggested I reach out to you for further assistance, as they cannot provide support for third-party plugins or themes.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page BuilderThank you in advance.

andreighetu140ParticipantHi! Thank you for your quick response. I discovered what the issue was. It was a conflict between the Netopia Payments plugin and the theme. More specifically, the problem occurred with the “Debit Card with Obey” option in the Netopia plugin and the theme. Apparently, when you select that option, the Netopia plugin generates a JS/CSS code on the product page to show how much more is needed to qualify for installment payments. However, because the plugin doesn’t know where to place this code on a custom layout, it results in a fatal error.
I noticed that when using a default layout, the plugin works correctly. Do you know what I could add to the custom layout to make the plugin function properly?

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
It looks like the plugin adds its custom content using the standard WooCommerce hook. When you create a custom layout with Elementor it doesn’t contain any default elements and hooks. It contains only those elements that you added with Elementor manually.
We have a special “Hook” element in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But we don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

Kind Regards
