Product attributes & Brand pages are not shown in the product pages

After the recent patch update, the attributes of the individual products are not working including the brand product pages.

Please look into them and fix them immediately. Below is the attached login information.

As you can see in my product page https://swisswatchcompany.in/product/seabase-chronograph-nm-steel-blue/

I can see only one attribute in the specifications column, this happened to all the recent products added.

Further, the second issue is that in the brands page https://swisswatchcompany.in/brands/

We linked specific brand pages to the list of brand archives of products that are not working now. PFA attached screenshots for reference.

Hello,

01. Please edit the product > from the attribute tab > Check the Visible on the product page: https://ibb.co/BNsGHPf

02. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

Hi Aizaz, i have checked deactivating and even deleting some plugins it didn’t work. Further, I checked the products page the attributes are. Can you please look into it.

We are losing sales from past few days because of the issue. Please resolve on priority please.

HI can you please look into it on Priority, as it is effecting our sales badly, the newly added products have no sales because of specifications not there for any products.

As we can see, the attributes are displayed on your product page at the moment. Could you please clarify if you have solved your problems? Let me know if you still have difficulties with that.

We also noticed that you wrote bad review about our theme. Is there a possibility that you can change it at least to 4-5 stars if we help you with your problems? That would help us make our theme even better. Thank you for understanding.

Hi Artem, yes, had fixed the attributes issue,.

However, the brand page issue has not yet been resolved. Can you please look into it and fix it?

Sure will change, see have purchased 3 themes of Woodmart till date and have 2 more projects lined up. I am disappointed about the support. Please solve the issue.
