Urgent Request for Assistance with Targeting Thank You Page in Woodmart Theme

Dear Xtemos Support Team,

I’m reaching out for assistance with targeting the thank you page (also known as the order received page) in my Woodmart theme. I’m trying to install a Google event pixel code snippet to track conversions, but I’m having trouble finding the thank you page in my website’s page list.

I’m using the HFCM plugin to insert the code, as I don’t have extensive coding knowledge and want to avoid breaking my website. However, when I try to target a specific page using the HFCM plugin, I’m unable to find the thank you page in the page list.

The code I’m trying to insert is in the private content area.

This code was provided by Google Ads, and I need to insert it on the thank you page to track conversions.

Could you please assist me in finding a solution to target the thank you page in my Woodmart theme?

Please it’s urgent!!

Hi thanks for your reply.

But I’ve followed the steps refered in the article but it doesn’t still work

All attempts failed.

Please I can you help me with this?

In the attached screenshot you’ll see 2 instructions.

Screenshot 1. Has been done successfully USING WP code plugin.

But for 2. It’s proving difficult. Tried using WP code plugin to implement the code, didn’t work.

Also tried making modifications to the theme file editor,

All unsuccessful.

Can you help please?

I added code from the above article to the functions.php file in your child theme – https://prnt.sc/UuZLvCQQLIxs , I can’t check it because of that https://prnt.sc/qB0cniwICnVc payment, so put the script from the google and check how it works.

Hi thanks for the effort.

But I tried checking use the chrome add-on Google tag assistant but it still didn’t show up on the “thank you page”

I’ve attached screenshots for proof.

Also, I inputted the script like you instructed and make sure they were zero errors, and still didn’t work.

Please kindly go through the attached images.

You’d see the instructions from Google along with the requirements.

I’ve been on this issue for days, I’ve tried multiple solutions but nothing still please I need your help.

Please It doesn’t still work.

Or maybe I’m checking it all wrong?

It’d be hard for me to disable the payment plugin because people are buying on the website every second.

Please can you follow any of this resolve to it —

1. Go here : https://www.melonypine.com/checkout/order-received/

The above link takes you to the thank you page you’re trying to inspect.

2. Purchase a test product

I’ve created a test product (check attached photos).

Kindly make sure you choose Pickup not delivery as your delivery option/method.

That way they’re no delivery charges.

You can go ahead and pay for a product, and Acess the thank you page without paying anything.

You’ll easily by pass the payment plugin by doing so.

Hi, thanks the effort but it doesn’t still work.

I’m using Google tag assistant to verify.

And it still says “No tags found”.

Whenever I activate the general tag added on WP code I see an active tag.

But for the one for the “thank you page”. It says no tags found.

Just checked now. Still the same thing.

Just tried again, and still didn’t work out.

I’ve attached a screenshot showing results.

” No Google tags found”.

Still says the same thing.

Is there anything you need me to provide you with, to possibly help fix this issue?
