    Hi, I noticed that on mobile the photo isn’t loading.

    What part of the page do you mean? I viewed your homepage and all the images I see on the desktop appear on mobile.

    After i refresh the page i can see the image, but the first time, is empty

    As you can see in this video, I used Incognito and i saw the picture after 2 refresh.

    This is a bug, we need to solve it

    Could you please try to disable “Lazy loading” in Theme Settings -> Performance and check again? Also, check in the private window on iPhone.

    Lazy loading – disabled the same problem.
    It’s working only without that 1 column layout for images.

    Please, activate this layout now and we will test again.

    Also, please, send us some screenshots of how it looks in private windows in Safari and Chrome.
