Also what is important for me to understand is that you know these widgets that you are telling do not act in a similar manner of that of a shop so have seen lot of your layouts that have category pages how can I create those category pages all I want is that category pages should have that small kind of sub category menu on the top as designed in my website I am also sharing the credentials of the website

This is not single product page, it’s just a normal page and I don’t recommend you to use sidebar that works for product pages.
And you can test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront. This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

These are individual page that are customized as category pages. For them to function properly we need a side widget which is used in shop page. Kindly suggest how to achieve this?
We only want primary categories to show in side widget, not the sub categories.
