woodmart footer not stay at the bottom of the page

hello we use an html block for footer,The regular footer is working ok.When we use the html block for when you scroll the page the footer doesnt stay at the bottom it create a white gap.

i changed the html block but the footer still scrolls
ok i changed the height of the block and gave it more height now its ok
